Advocate employees are paid biweekly. We are open Monday-Friday 8-5pm. We are closed for the 8 holidays! We offer affordable medical Insurance with 2 different plan options! We have a 401K plan with a 1-year waiting period and a 4% match.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement initiatives for recruiting talent in a multi-specialty organization, including sourcing and evaluating candidates, obtaining and conducting references, and facilitating a positive candidate experience;
  • Recruit employees up to manager level., 
  • Determine and implement recruiting best practices;
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple practices;
  • Create and implement employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers;
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria;
  • Work closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process;
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing needs;
  • Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process;
  • Work closely with hiring managers with their staffing needs;
  • Manage communication with candidates;
  • Answers telephone, screens calls, makes referrals, and gives and receives information;
  • Receives, greets and organizes interviewees for their interview;
  • Maintains up-to-date Job descriptions for all departments;
  • Assist HR Manager with appropriate uses of title and structure during the recruiting process;
  • Assisting with screening and background checks for new hires;
  • Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates;
  • Works with internal and external sources to have a pipeline for quick hires;
  • Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, social media, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates;
  • Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
  • Works with Human Resources Specialist to transition new hire into onboarding.
  • Research job market for competitiveness and average rates;
  • Ensure clear understanding of payroll processing procedures as backup.
  • Assist with other projections and task within the HR department.
